The Delhi High Court has dismissed petitions filed by Delhi’s power distribution companies (DISCOMs) challenging a notice issued by the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) proposing that they be audited by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG).
