Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (FRV), a developer of renewable energy utility-scale projects, will develop a 55 MW solar photovoltaic (PV) project in Armenia. The Armenia Renewable Resources and Energy Efficiency Fund has awarded the project to FRV.
