The Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (GERC) has invited bids from consultancy firms to assist in preparing a study on the rationalization of the retail electricity tariff structure, tariff design, cost of supply, time-of-day (ToD) tariff, and a roadmap for progressive tariff reforms.
