The Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board (HPSEBL) has invited bids to provide electrical infrastructure and power supply for a green hydrogen plant being developed by HPPCL-Oil at Village Nasrali, including strengthening the existing 33 kV green ply feeder from the 66/33/11 kV Baglehar substation.
