India’s power supply deficit narrowed down to 0.3% between April and December 2020, while its peak power deficit slipped to 0.6%, according to data from the Central Electricity Authority (CEA). India’s power supply and peak power deficits stood at 0.5% and 0.7% during the same period in 2019.
