The Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission (KSERC) has directed Kerala State Electricity Board Limited (KSEB) to submit a detailed proposal on providing a generation-based incentive (GBI) for off-grid captive solar power projects. The detailed plan must be submitted within two months.
