The Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission (KSERC) has approved Kerala State Electricity Board’s (KSEBL) proposal to implement a 250 MW/500 MWh grid-connected battery energy storage system at the 220 kV substation premises at Brahmapuram, using Viability Gap Funding (VGF).
