The Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission (KSERC) has notified the Multi-Year Tariff Regulations, 2026, introducing a tariff framework for battery energy storage systems (BESS), pumped storage projects (PSP), and electricity generation, transmission, and distribution businesses.
