The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC) has proposed regulations governing connectivity, General Network Access (GNA), and Temporary General Network Access (T-GNA) to the intra-state transmission system (InSTS), while introducing mandatory energy storage requirements for renewable energy projects seeking connectivity.
