The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC) has allowed Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company (MSEDCL) to implement the utility-led aggregation (ULA) model for installing rooftop solar systems for 211,206 low-income households in Maharashtra.
