The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC) has allowed, in principle, a petition seeking revision of the scheduled commencement of supply dates (SCSD) for solar projects where the associated transmission evacuation infrastructure is expected to be commissioned after the contractual timelines.
