The Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (MPERC) has rejected MP Power Transmission Company’s (MPPTCL) petition seeking approval to bill transmission charges to renewable energy-based long-term open access (LTOA) and medium-term open access (MTOA) customers strictly on contracted capacity.
