REC Power Development and Consultancy (RECPDCL) has announced the winner of the auction to develop an interstate transmission system (ISTS) to augment the Bhadla-III, Ramgarh pooling station, and Kanpur substation to evacuate 20 GW of renewable power in Rajasthan.
