SJVN Green Energy (SGEL), a wholly owned subsidiary of SJVN, has signed a joint venture and shareholders agreement with Assam Power Distribution Company (APDCL) to execute renewable energy projects/parks within the APDCL or SJVN jurisdiction areas and on a pan-India basis.
