The ongoing turbulence in the state of Andhra Pradesh regarding the renegotiations of solar and wind PPAs does not appear to be ending anytime soon. In the latest development, a solar project developer has approached the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL), requesting it to intervene in the state’s proceedings in the matter.
