					</table><p><a href="https://www.palisadegroup.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Palisade Investment Partners</a>, an independent global infrastructure and real assets manager, has acquired 100% interests in two development-stage renewable energy projects in Australia through Intera Renewables.</p>
<p>The acquisitions include the Monogorilby Renewable Energy Park from LP Renewable Projects and the Winton Renewable Energy Storage and Stability Terminal from Celero Infrastructure. DLA Piper and Ekistica advised Palisade on both transactions.</p>
<p>The Monogorilby project is an integrated renewable energy facility comprising up to 600 MW of wind generation and a co-located 400 MWac/1,600 MWh battery energy storage system. It is in Monogorilby, approximately 250 km northwest of Brisbane, Queensland. LP Renewable Projects originated the project and began initial feasibility assessments in late 2022.</p>
<p>The Winton Renewable Energy Storage and Stability Terminal is a 400 MW/1,600 MWh battery storage project located approximately 10 km northeast of Benalla, Victoria, adjacent to the Glenrowan Terminal Station. Celero Infrastructure originated the project and lodged its development application in June 2026.</p>
<p>Palisade acquired both projects during the development phase. LP Renewable Projects and Celero Infrastructure will continue providing development services for their respective projects through financial close.</p>
<p>The two acquisitions add to Palisade&#8217;s existing portfolio of 2.5 GW of operating and under-construction renewable energy assets, owned 100%. Of this capacity, 2.2 GW is in Australia.</p>
<p>In April 2026, Palisade Investment Partners signed an agreement with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, a global fund manager, to <a href="https://mercomcapital.com/palisade-acquire-960-mwh-summerfield-battery-storage-project/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">acquire</a> a 100% ownership interest in the Summerfield battery energy storage system. The company is acquiring the Summerfield BESS partway through construction, with commercial operation scheduled to commence in late 2026.</p>
<p>According to Mercom’s recently <a href="https://mercomcapital.com/product/1h-2026-funding-ma-report-energy-storage/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">released</a> 1H 2026 Funding and M&amp;A for Energy Storage report, project acquisition activity accelerated sharply during the first half of 2026, with approximately 14 GW of battery storage capacity changing hands in 63 transactions, compared with 6.1 GW in 31 transactions during the same period in 2025.</p>


Palisade Acquires 1.4 GW of Wind and Battery Storage Projects in Australia

<p><strong>Nautilus Solar Energy, a U.S.-based community solar provider, </strong><a href="https://cms.mercomindia.com/nautilus-solar-acquires-11-mw-community-solar-project-portfolio-in-illinois/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>announced</strong></a><strong> the acquisition of community solar projects totaling about 11 MWdc in Illinois from Renewable Properties</strong>, a utility-scale solar and energy storage project developer. Renewable Properties developed the solar projects for the Illinois Shines program, comprising the 7 MW Highway 20 solar project in Kane County and the 4 MW Deep Lake project in the village of Antioch.</p>
<p><strong>Ecoener, a renewable energy project developer, announced it </strong><a href="https://cms.mercomindia.com/ecoener-secures-43-million-financing-for-payita-1-solar-project/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>secured</strong></a><strong> a $43.1 million loan to finance the development of the 60 MW Payita 1 solar project</strong> in the Dominican Republic. The company received financing support from Proparco, a French development finance institution and a subsidiary of the Agence Française de Développement Group.</p>
<p><strong>Bluefield Solar, a U.K.-based income fund focused on acquiring and managing solar energy assets, <a href="https://cms.mercomindia.com/bluefield-solar-secures-380-million-refinancing-for-solar-portfolio/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">announced</a> the closing of a £300 million (~$380 million) refinancing </strong>as a part of its 359 MW capacity solar project portfolio management. The company jointly owns the assets with GLIL Infrastructure, a U.K.-based investor.</p>
<p><strong>Lion Storage, a Dutch utility-scale battery energy storage project developer, announced the financial </strong><a href="https://cms.mercomindia.com/lion-storage-secures-financing-1400-mwh-energy-storage-project/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>closure</strong></a><strong> of the 350 MW/1,400 MWh Project Mufasa</strong> in the Netherlands. Macquarie Capital, the lead equity investor, alongside infrastructure investor TINC, returning investors, and six banks, will provide the financing. The project is expected to be fully funded through 100% non-recourse project financing of more than €350 million (~$367.16 million).</p>
<p><strong>Pacific Green, an energy storage project developer, <a href="https://cms.mercomindia.com/pacific-green-sells-250-mw-limestone-coast-north-battery-energy-project/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">signed</a> a binding agreement to sell 100% of its 250 MW/500 MWh Limestone Coast North Energy Park shares </strong>to Intera Renewables, a clean energy investor. The transaction amounted to an enterprise value of A$460 million (~$293 million). The project, in the Limestone Coast region of South Australia, is expected to begin commercial operation in early 2027.</p>
