					</table><p><a href="https://terraclean.in/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Terra Clean</a>, a wholly owned subsidiary of <a href="https://iocl.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Indian Oil Corporation</a>, has issued a request for proposal to aggregate land for an interstate transmission system (ISTS) -connected 100 MW solar project near the Davanagere ISTS Pooling Substation in Karnataka.</p>
<p>The last date to submit bids is June 11, 2026. Bids will be opened on the same day.</p>
<p>The order must be completed within 8 months of the commencement order or 15 days from the date of issuance of the letter of acceptance.</p>
<p>Bidders must 3 have executed, either as a main contractor or sub-contractor, land arrangements for solar, wind, wind-solar hybrid projects or parks, or grid-connected solar projects with a cumulative capacity of at least 20 MW. This must include at least one project of 10 MW or higher.</p>
<p>Alternatively, bidders must have experience in land arrangement for solar, wind, wind-solar hybrid, industrial, infrastructure, logistics, or warehousing projects, excluding residential developments. The cumulative land area must be at least 70 acres, including at least one project of 35 acres or more.</p>
<p>Bidders must have a positive net worth as of March 31, 2025, of at least 100% of the paid-up share capital. They must also demonstrate an annual financial turnover of at least ₹250.23 million (~$2.62 million) in any one of the preceding three financial years as of the bid opening date.</p>
<p>Recently, Terra Clean <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/terra-clean-issue-land-aggregation-tender-for-a-200-mw-wind-project-in-karnataka" target="_blank" rel="noopener">invited</a> bids for land aggregation to develop an ISTS-connected 200 MW wind power project within the jurisdiction of the Davangere substation in Karnataka.</p>
<p>Last December, the company <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/terra-clean-issues-land-aggregation-tender-for-300-mw-solar-projects" target="_blank" rel="noopener">issued</a> a request for proposals for land aggregation to develop a 300 MW intrastate transmission-system-connected solar project in Gujarat.</p>
<p>In September 2025, Terra Clean <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/terra-clean-issues-land-aggregation-tender-for-100-mw-solar-projects" target="_blank" rel="noopener">invited</a> bids to aggregate land for 100 MW intra-state transmission system-connected solar power projects in Banaskantha, Gujarat.</p>
<p>Last August, the company <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/terra-clean-issues-land-aggregation-tender-for-300-mw-solar-projects" target="_blank" rel="noopener">issued</a> a request for proposal for the land aggregation of an ISTS-connected 300 MW solar project in Morena, Madhya Pradesh.</p>

					</table><p><a href="https://terraclean.in/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Terra Clean</a>, a subsidiary of India Oil Corporation (<a href="https://iocl.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">IOCL</a>), has invited bids for land aggregation to develop an interstate transmission system (ISTS)-connected wind power project of 200 MW within the jurisdiction of the Davangere substation, Karnataka.</p>
<p>The last date to submit bids is June 11, 2026, and bids will be opened on the same day.</p>
<p>Bidders must submit a bid security declaration along with the bids.</p>
<p>The land aggregation must be completed within nine months.</p>
<p>Bidders must have arranged land and executed micro-siting of wind turbine generators of at least 10 MW in the last seven years.</p>
<p>They must have arranged land for a project/renewable energy park for grid-connected wind power projects/wind parks, solar projects, or a combination of all, with a cumulative capacity of at least 20 MW in the last seven years.</p>
<p>Alternatively, they must have arranged land for an industrial/logistics/warehousing/infrastructure project with a cumulative land area of at least 70 acres in the last seven years.</p>
<p>Bidders must have a positive net worth, which must not be less than 100% of their  paid-up share capital.</p>
<p>They must have a minimum financial turnover of ₹329 million (~$3.4 million) in the last three financial years.</p>
<p>In March 2026, Terra Clean <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/terra-clean-invites-bids-to-develop-a-100-mw-wind-project-in-gujarat" target="_blank" rel="noopener">invited</a> bids to develop a 100 MW end-to-end intrastate transmission system (InSTS)-connected wind project in Gujarat.</p>
<p>In February 2025, it <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/terra-clean-floats-land-evacuation-bop-tender-for-275-mw-wind-project" target="_blank" rel="noopener">invited</a> bids for land, power evacuation, and a balance-of-plant package for a 275 MW ISTS-connected wind project.</p>
<p>Apart from wind projects, Terra Clean <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/terra-clean-issues-land-aggregation-tender-for-300-mw-solar-projects" target="_blank" rel="noopener">invited</a> bids for land aggregation to develop a 300 MW InSTS-connected solar project in Gujarat.</p>
<p>In 2025, it <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/terra-clean-issues-land-aggregation-tender-for-100-mw-solar-projects" target="_blank" rel="noopener">invited</a> bids to aggregate land for 100 MW InSTS-connected solar power projects in Banaskantha, Gujarat.</p>
<p>The same year, it <a href="https://mercomindia.com/terra-clean-issues-tender-for-291-transformers-for-renewable-energy-projects" target="_blank" rel="noopener">issued</a> a tender to supply 291 transformers for interstate- or intrastate-connected renewable energy projects at multiple locations.</p>

<p>The tender also includes a greenshoe option up to 100 MW of InSTS-connected solar projects.</p>
<p>The last date to submit bids is October 15, 2025. Bids will be opened on the same day.</p>
<p>Bidders must submit an earnest money deposit of ₹392,000 (~$4,416.12)</p>
<p>They must furnish the bidding fee of ₹15,000 (~$168.98) and tender document fee of ₹1 (~$0.01).</p>
<p>The project site is situated near the Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation’s 66 kV Sisrana substation, located in the Banaskantha district of Gujarat.</p>
<p>The project must be completed within eight months of issuing work order.</p>
<p>Bidders must have arranged land for solar, wind, or wind–solar hybrid projects, as well as grid-connected solar or wind parks, or a combination of all with a cumulative capacity of at least 20 MW in the previous seven years. At least one of the projects should have a minimum capacity of 10 MW.</p>
<p>Alternatively, they must have arranged land for any solar, wind, wind–solar hybrid, industrial, infrastructure, logistics, or warehousing (excluding residential) projects that cumulatively cover an area of at least 70 acres in the previous seven years. At least one of the projects must cover an area of at least 35 acres.</p>
<p>Successful bidders must have a positive net worth in the last financial year.</p>
<p>They must have a minimum annual turnover of ₹92.7 million (~$1.04 million) in the last five financial years.</p>
<p>In August 2025, Terra Clean <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/terra-clean-issues-land-aggregation-tender-for-300-mw-solar-project" target="_blank" rel="noopener">issued</a> a land aggregation tender for an ISTS-connected 300 MW solar project in Morena, Madhya Pradesh. The tender also included a greenshoe option for an additional 300 MW capacity.</p>
