					</table><p><a href="https://www.lineagepowersystems.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Lineage Power</a>, a material subsidiary of <a href="https://www.pacedigitek.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Pace Digitek</a>, has received an order valued at ₹997.10 million (~$11.24 million) from Advait Greenergy, a subsidiary of <a href="https://www.advaitgroup.co.in/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Advait Energy Transitions</a>, for the supply of lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery energy storage system (BESS) units and related equipment.</p>
<p>The initial delivery must occur within 102 days, and all subsequent deliveries must be completed within 31 days.</p>
<p>As per the defined shipment schedule, the first consignment of 50% of the BESS blocks must be delivered by March 15, 2026, followed by the remaining system components by April 15, 2026.</p>
<p>In November this year, Lineage Power <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/pace-digitek-subsidiary-wins-order-for-276-mwh-of-bess-from-lt" target="_blank" rel="noopener">received</a> an order worth ₹1.9 billion (~$22.33 million) from Larsen &amp; Toubro to supply 275,825 kWh of BESS in 55 integrated LiFePO4 liquid-cooling containers for the Bihar State Power Generation Company in Kajra, Lakhisarai district.</p>
<p>In the same month, Pace Digitek was one of the <a title="https://www.mercomindia.com/pace-digitek-bondada-win-mahagencos-300-mw-solar-epc-auction" href="https://www.mercomindia.com/pace-digitek-bondada-win-mahagencos-300-mw-solar-epc-auction" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">winners</a> in Maharashtra State Power Generation Company’s engineering, procurement, and construction auction for 300 MW solar projects, securing 200 MW.</p>
<p>In October this year, Pace Digitek <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/pace-digitek-bags-order-to-supply-1-2-gwh-bess-from-seci" target="_blank" rel="noopener">received</a> an order from Solar Energy Corporation of India to supply a 600 MW/1,200 MWh standalone grid-connected BESS in Andhra Pradesh. The total order value is ₹11.59 billion (~$131.93 million).</p>
<p>In April this year, Pace Digitek was among the <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/sarala-oriana-pace-win-kptcls-1-gwh-bess-auction" target="_blank" rel="noopener">winners</a> of Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation’s auction to set up 500 MW/1,000 MWh grid-connected standalone BESS to manage peak power demand. It won 250 MW at a tariff of ₹254,490 (~$2,971.28)/MW/month.</p>
<p>India <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/product/india-energy-storage-landscape-1h-2025" target="_blank" rel="noopener">added</a> 48.4 MWh of energy storage capacity in the first half (1H) of 2025, a 74% decline from 186 MWh added in the same period last year, according to India’s Energy Storage Landscape 1H 2025 Report by Mercom India Research. India’s cumulative installed energy storage capacity reached 490 MWh by the end of June 2025. Solar-plus-storage systems accounted for 56% of India’s cumulative installed capacity.</p>


Pace Digitek’s Subsidiary Secures ₹997 Million BESS Order from Advait

<p>Lineage Power will execute the order by March 2026.</p>

<p>India’s cumulative installed energy storage capacity reached 490 MWh by the end of June 2025.</p>
<p>Solar-plus-storage systems accounted for nearly 56% of India’s cumulative installed capacity. This was followed by more than 32% from solar-plus-wind projects with round-the-clock capability, and over 12% from standalone battery energy storage systems. The remaining share came from floating solar with storage, and solar-plus-wind projects with storage capabilities.</p>


Pace Digitek Subsidiary Wins Order for 276 MWh of BESS from L&T

					</table><p><a href="https://www.pacedigitek.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Pace Digitek</a> and <a href="https://bondada.net/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Bondada Engineering</a> have won the Maharashtra State Power Generation Company’s (<a href="https://www.mahagenco.in/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">MAHAGENCO</a>) engineering, procurement, and construction auction for 300 MW solar projects, securing 200 MW and 100 MW, respectively.</p>
<p>The tender was floated on October 11, 2024.</p>
<p>The contract value for Pace Digitek is ₹9.3 billion (~$105 million) and for Bondada Engineering ₹4.65 billion (~$52.46 million).</p>
<p>The winning bidders must design, engineer, manufacture, demonstrate performance, and commission the solar projects. They must also provide operation and maintenance services for three years.</p>
<p>Each project must be at a single location with a minimum capacity of 50 MW.</p>
<p>The selected bidders must identify and arrange the project land and provide a power evacuation system for the projects up to the state transmission utility’s substation on a turnkey basis. They must also conduct the associated civil and electrical works and obtain the necessary licenses and permits.</p>
<p>Pace Digitek and Bondada Engineering must only use mono-crystalline solar cell modules compliant with the Approved List of Models and Manufacturers.</p>
<p>They must complete the projects within 450 days from the date of accepting the letters of award.</p>
<p>In October this year, the joint venture between MAHAGENCO and SJVN <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/mahagenco-sjvn-jv-targets-735-mw-of-clean-energy-projects-in-first-phase" target="_blank" rel="noopener">targeted</a> developing 735 MW of renewable energy projects in the first phase of a 5 GW clean energy push in Maharashtra.</p>
<p>In the same month, Pace Digitek <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/pace-digitek-bags-order-to-supply-1-2-gwh-bess-from-seci" target="_blank" rel="noopener">received</a> an order from Solar Energy Corporation of India to supply a 600 MW/1,200 MWh standalone grid-connected battery energy storage system in Andhra Pradesh.</p>
<p>Also in October, Bondada Engineering <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/bondada-secures-order-2-gw-solar-project-andhra" target="_blank" rel="noopener">secured</a> a contract to develop a 2 GW solar project in Andhra Pradesh under the state’s Integrated Clean Energy Policy. It also <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/bondada-secures-bos-equipment-order-from-adani-for-650-mw-solar-project/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">received</a> a letter of intent from the Adani Group to supply the balance of system equipment for a 650 MW solar project at the Khavda Renewable Energy Park, Gujarat.</p>

<p>The total order value is ₹11.59 billion (~$131.93 million).</p>
<p>The tender was <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/seci-invites-bids-for-600-mw-1200-mwh-bess-in-andhra-pradesh/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">floated</a> in August this year.</p>
<p>The scope of work includes the design and engineering of the complete BESS and its associated components. It involves the supply of BESS direct-current (DC) blocks equipped with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, and a fire protection system. The supply also covers the power conversion system (PCS), the battery management system (BMS), and the energy management system (EMS).</p>
<p>Pace Digitek must integrate the BMS and EMS with the PCS and carry out cabling from the BESS DC blocks to the PCS. It is responsible for testing and commissioning of the entire BESS, including the batteries, PCS, and EMS.</p>
<p>It must also perform a plant performance demonstration and trial operation of the complete system, along with all related equipment and materials.</p>
<p>Pace Digitek will provide comprehensive maintenance for the entire system for fifteen years from the date of commissioning.</p>
<p>Pace must supply 50% of the awarded capacity within 11 months from the effective date of the contract agreement and complete 100% of the supply within 13 months.</p>
<p>Post the supply, testing and commissioning must be completed for 50% of the DC package within 14 months and for 100%  within 16 months.</p>
<p>The BESS capacity will be discharged through power exchanges during the hours specified by SECI.</p>
<p>The BESS will be interconnected with the Kurnool-3 Substation of the interstate transmission system network for implementing a market-based operation of BESS at Kolimigundla, Nandyal District.</p>
<p>The project is eligible for viability gap funding under Tranche-II.</p>

Pace Digitek Bags Order to Supply 1.2 GWh BESS from SECI

					</table><p>Energy storage systems, power management, and optical fibre solutions company <a href="https://www.pacedigitek.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Pace Digitek</a> has received approval from the <a href="https://www.sebi.gov.in/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Securities and Exchange Board of India</a> for its initial public offering (IPO) of shares to raise ₹9 billion (~$102 million).</p>
<p>The company filed the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) for the IPO in March this year.</p>
<p>The IPO will consist of a fresh issue of equity shares with a face value of ₹2 (~$0.023) per share.</p>
<p>Unistone Capital is the book-running lead manager for the IPO.</p>
<p>The company said it will utilize ₹6.3 billion (~$71.48 million) from the net proceeds to invest in its subsidiary, Pace Renewable Energies, which will set up battery energy storage systems (BESS) for a pilot project of 250 MW/500 MWh awarded by the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company. This project has an additional greenshoe capacity of 500 MW/1000 MWh standalone BESS.</p>
<p>Pace Digitek plans to utilize part of the remaining proceeds for general corporate purposes. This amount will not exceed 25% of the gross proceeds from the fresh issue.</p>
<p>The company commissioned a 5 GWh BESS manufacturing unit in Bengaluru, Karnataka, in June 2025. The facility comprises a fully automated cell-to-pack assembly line.</p>
