Driven by strong execution and higher deployed capacity, GameChange Solar moved to the top position, while Sunchaser Structures recorded the biggest move upward, supported by sharp growth. ARCTECH dropped to third place, while the rest of the top five remained largely unchanged.
GameChange Solar led the market with a 57% share in 2025. The company supplied the largest amount of its tracker systems for projects in Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Karnataka. 
Sunchaser ranked second with about 23% market share, recording the highest year-over-year growth among leading players, likely supported by the strong pipeline conversion. 
ARCTECH ranked third, accounting for over 17% of total shipments in 2025, and retained the lead in cumulative shipments as of December 2025. 
NewEnergie Renewables secured the fourth position, accounting for around 3% of the market share in 2025. Recently, the company reported surpassing 500 MW of tracker-installed capacity in India. 
Strolar completed the top five, with a market share of around 1%. 
Overall, the ranking saw more reshuffling this year, with growth and execution outweighing past positions on the leaderboard. New players are gaining ground, while mid-sized companies hold steady, reflecting a more competitive market with wider participation. 
With competitive tariffs putting pressure on margins, trackers are increasingly viewed as essential for optimizing project performance, improving return on investment, and ensuring long-term operational viability. 
In an interview with Mercom India, Andrew Worden, Founder &amp; CEO at GameChange Solar, <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/indias-geography-demands-a-practical-approach-to-solar-tracker-design-interview" target="_blank" rel="noopener">explained </a>that solar tracker adoption in India has evolved from a niche use to the default choice for utility‑scale projects, driven by the need for higher energy yield at lower cost. He added that their systems are engineered to withstand the country’s diverse geography and climatic challenges, including high winds in Rajasthan, extreme heat in Gujarat, and irregular terrain across project sites.

The same five companies <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/solar-module-mounting-structure-market-leaders-in-2024" target="_blank" rel="noopener">were</a> the top suppliers in 2024. However, their rankings within the group shifted in 2025.
Goodluck India retained its top position in 2025, with a market share of about 32%. During the year, the company <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/goodluck-india-secures-solar-structures-order-from-apraava" target="_blank" rel="noopener">secured</a> an order from Apraava Energy to supply roughly 70% of the module mounting structures for a 300 MW solar project in Rajasthan.
Metalkraft moved up two spots to second place, with 18% market share in 2025, while Raydean Industries remained in third place at 15%.
Strolar Mounting Systems and MTE Structures rounded off the top five, comprising 14% and 12% of the market share, respectively.
Government-supported programs such as Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evam Utthan Mahabhiyan and PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana, along with solar parks, city projects, and other utility-scale installations, have driven demand for mounting systems. With rooftop installations surging under government programs, the need for stronger, standardized mounting solutions has also increased.

Geography and site conditions determine material choices, with steel remaining the most widely used due to its cost and durability, despite growing interest in aluminum. New coating technologies are also shaping preferences, highlighting how material selection directly impacts project resilience and performance.
Looking ahead, mounting structure suppliers in India are expected to see strong growth, supported by rising solar installations. The market will be shaped by greater standardization, demand for high-strength, corrosion-resistant designs, and a shift toward advanced solutions, such as trackers. Arctech has a combined annual production capacity of 13 GW, which includes a 3 GW manufacturing facility in Mundra, Gujarat. The company is also planning to expand by adding a 3 GW production unit in Saudi Arabia.
Strolar Mounting Systems operates with a production capacity of 5,000 MT per month for steel-based solar module mounting structures and 45 MW per month for aluminum-based mounting structures at its facilities in Taloja and Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Raydean Industries produces module mounting structures for rooftop solar installations, with a manufacturing capacity of 3,800 MT per month, equivalent to about 10 MWp.
Metalkraft Forming Industries, based in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, has a production capacity of 4,500 MT per month.
