The Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (UPERC) has allowed Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation (UPPCL) to continue procuring electricity from certain renewable energy generators at the average power purchase cost (APPC) of the previous financial year, subject to adjustment once the applicable true-up APPC is determined.
