The Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (UPERC) has allowed solar project developers to execute 20.2 MW of projects under Component C-2 of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evam Utthaan Mahabhiyan (PM-KUSUM) program through special purpose vehicles (SPVs).
