Spain-based energy company Compañía Española de Petróleos, S.A.U. (CEPSA) said it will invest €3 billion (~$3.15 billion) to build 2 GW plants for producing 300,000 tons of green hydrogen in Campo de Gibraltar (Cadiz) and Palos de la Frontera (Huelva) in Andalusia, Spain.
