The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) has rejected an independent power producer’s (IPP) request to extend the scheduled commercial operation dates (SCOD) of four wind and solar projects totaling 707.3 MW and extend the waiver of interstate transmission system (ISTS) charges.
