The Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) has invited bids to set up 4,083.75 kW of grid-connected rooftop solar projects under the renewable energy service company model at the constituent colleges/institutions of the Central Agricultural University, Imphal – Northeastern Region (RTSPV-TRANCHE-XIII).
