The Uttarakhand Electricity Regulatory Commission (UERC) has proposed reducing the tolerance to ±5% for solar and hybrid projects and to ±10% for wind projects, aligning with the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission’s (CERC) revised deviations settlement tolerance bands.
