Indian Port Rail & Ropeway Corporation (IPRCL) has floated an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) tender to set up a 6.25 MW offshore wind project in the marine waters of the Chidambaranar Port Authority (VoCPA) in Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu.
