REC Power Development and Consultancy (RECPDCL) has invited bids to establish three packages of an interstate transmission system (ISTS) for evacuating 12 GW of renewable power from the Rajasthan Renewable Energy Zone Phase IV (Part 6), at the Bikaner Complex.
